Finding the Right EoR

For four years, a Swiss fintech had been working with five Spanish consultants through a local IT firm that was increasingly unresponsive, unpredictable on invoicing, and simply not good enough. Moving them to direct employment was the right call. Choosing the right Employer of Record to make that happen was harder than it looked — and the difference between the wrong choice and the right one turned out to be 60% of their monthly employment costs.

Employee Training

The sales team at a Swiss SaaS startup kept getting the same question in enterprise deals with banks and insurance companies — can you evidence your data protection training? For a while the honest answer was no. Two deals stalled. The founders called us. We designed a GDPR and bank privacy training programme delivered in English and German, documented it properly, and gave the sales team something concrete to put in front of procurement. The question still comes up. Now the answer is yes — and it comes with a certificate for every employee.
